I am a Computer Engineer and PhD in Artificial Intelligence by the Universitat Rovira i Virgili de Catalunya. Since 2018 I am in the research group ITAKA (Intelligent Technologies for Advanced Knowledge Acquisition) performing research tasks. The group is consolidated with the code 2017-SGR-00685 and recently renewed in 2021-SGR-00114. I am also a member of ACIA (Associació Catalana dIntel·ligència Artificial) since 2018.

My research focuses on machine learning methods. I have also worked with fuzzy variables in this kind of methods. Mainly, I have used them in the field of medicine in clinical decision-making systems in the diagnosis and monitoring of diabetic retinopathy.

Additionally, I have done research in natural language processing methods and multi-criteria decision support systems.
