PhD in Pedagogy from Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV). Graduate in Philosophy and Educational Sciences. Diploma in Teaching (specialising in Science) from the University of Barcelona (UB).  Postgraduate Degree in New Information and Communication Technologies, Design and Development of Training Environments and Strategies. Inter-University Master\\\\\\\'s Degree in Educational Technology: design of training materials and environments, by the URV. Extraordinary Doctorate Award.  

Since the 1996-1997 academic year, she has been teaching in first and second cycle, master\\\\\\\'s degrees and doctorates. Currently, focused on the degrees of Pedagogy and Social Education, in subjects related to research and evaluation in education. 

Her main lines of research are: University teaching, Educational research, Assessment of learning and competences at university, Teacher training and professional development, Improvement of education and educational leadership.  

She currently leads the recognised research group Educational Transformation, Leadership and Sustainability (EDIT - 2021 SGR 00812) and is a member of the inter-university Research Network on Leadership and Improvement in Education (RILME). Previously, she was a member of the Learning, Media & Social Interaction research group (LMI - 2017 SGR 379).

She has been part of the dean\\\'s team of the Faculty of Education Sciences and Psychology (FCEP) as head of the Degree in Social Education at the URV (2008-2016). In the period 2016-2024 she has been director of the Department of Pedagogy (URV).
